1. OVERVIEW OF WARRANTY OFFERINGS
Gabb offers the following warranty options for eligible Devices:

Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty (Included with New Devices)
- Duration: 1 year
- Covers: Hardware defects in materials and workmanship under Normal Use
- Excludes: Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, liquid damage, lost/stolen devices
- Fee: No service fee for approved claims

Gabb Refurbished Limited Warranty (Included with Certified Refurbished Devices)
- Duration: 3 months
- Covers: Hardware defects in materials and workmanship under Normal Use
- Excludes: Same exclusions as above
- Fee: No service fee for approved claims

Gabb Extended Limited Warranty (Optional Add-On for New Devices)
- $4.99/month
- Covers accidental damage from handling ("ADH"): drops, spills
- Deductible:
- $40 for Watches
- $60 for Phones
- Replacement limit: 2 claims per rolling 12 months

Gabb Refurbished Extended Limited Warranty (Optional Add-On for Certified Refurbished Devices)
- $4.99/month
- Same ADH coverage as the Extended Warranty for New Devices
- Differences:
- Replacement units will be Certified Refurbished Devices
- No deductible
- Customer pays $7.99 shipping per replacement
- Replacement limit: 2 claims per rolling 12 months
2. DEFINITIONS
- Administrator / Provider / We / Us / Our:
- Gabb Wireless, Inc., 2701 N Thanksgiving Way, Suite 500, Lehi, UT 84043.
- Covered Device:
- For New Devices: A Device purchased new from Gabb or an authorized retailer.
For Refurbished Devices: A certified refurbished Gabb Device purchased from gabb.com. - Replacement Device:
- A device provided by Gabb under warranty or service contract, equivalent to new or refurbished depending on warranty type.
- Refurbished Device:
- A device that has passed Gabb’s certified refurbishment and testing process without requiring component replacement.
- Accidental Damage from Handling (ADH):
- Operational or mechanical failure due to unexpected and unintentional events (e.g., drops, spills) occurring during Normal Use.
- Normal Use:
- Use consistent with manufacturer instructions, user guides, and environmental limits.
- Term:
- Monthly coverage period for Extended Warranty plans; begins on enrollment date and renews monthly unless canceled.
- You / Your:
- The purchaser, owner, or authorized user of the Device under this Warranty Policy.
3. MANUFACTURER’S LIMITED WARRANTY (NEW DEVICES)
Coverage
For one (1) year from purchase, Gabb warrants New Devices against defects in materials and workmanship under Normal Use.
What Is Covered
If a valid claim is submitted, Gabb will:
- repair the Device with new or refurbished parts equivalent to new, or
- exchange it with a Replacement Device equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
What Is Not Covered
- Accidental damage, including but not limited to drops and liquid contact
- Lost or stolen Devices
- Damage caused by abuse, misuse, attempts to modify the Device, or environmental exposure
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or discoloration

Ownership
If Gabb exchanges the Covered Device, the original becomes Gabb property; coverage transfers to the Replacement Device for the remainder of the original warranty term.
4. GABB REFURBISHED LIMITED WARRANTY (CERTIFIED REFURBISHED DEVICES)
Coverage
Certified Refurbished Devices include a three-month (3) warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under Normal Use.
What Is Covered
Same as the New Device Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty, except:
- Warranty term is 3 months
- Replacement Devices will be Certified Refurbished Devices
What Is Not Covered
Same exclusions as for New Devices, including:
- Accidental damage
- Cosmetic imperfections
- Loss, theft, fire, misuse, or environmental damage

5. GABB EXTENDED LIMITED WARRANTY (NEW DEVICES)
Coverage
Optional monthly warranty covering ADH events.
Price
$4.99/month
Deductible
- $40 for Watches
- $60 for Phones
Replacement Limit
- 2 replacements per rolling 12 months
What Is Covered
- ADH: Drops, spills, and physical accidents during Normal Use
- Replacement or repair using new or refurbished parts
- Replacement Device will be equivalent to new in performance and reliability
What Is Not Covered
- Lost or stolen Devices
- Intentional damage
- Fire, natural disasters, or “Acts of God”
- Cosmetic-only damage
- Normal wear and tear
How to Make a Claim
Log into your Gabb account → Replace Device → “Device is Broken,” or contact Support.
Cancellation
You may cancel anytime; coverage ends at end of paid term. Gabb may cancel for fraud, nonpayment, or substantial breach.
6. GABB REFURBISHED EXTENDED LIMITED WARRANTY (CERTIFIED REFURBISHED DEVICES)
Coverage
Same coverage as Extended Warranty for New Devices, with the following differences:
Differences
- Replacement Devices will be Certified Refurbished
- No deductible
- Customer pays $7.99 shipping fee per replacement
- Limit: 2 replacements per rolling 12 months
Otherwise Covers
- ADH damage (drops, spills)
- Operational/mechanical failure resulting from accidents
- Equivalent-for-equivalent replacement

Log into your Gabb account → Replace Device → “Device is Broken.”
7. GENERAL PROVISIONS (APPLY TO ALL WARRANTIES)
Limit of Liability
- Maximum of 2 extended warranty replacements per rolling 12 months
- For Manufacturer’s or Refurbished Limited Warranty: coverage applies only to defects, not ADH
Non-Returned Product Policy
If Gabb approves a warranty replacement or requests that a Device be returned as part of a warranty claim, you must return the original Device within the timeframe communicated by Gabb. If you fail to return the Device, or if the returned Device is damaged, modified, or otherwise not in the condition required under the applicable warranty, Gabb may take one or more of the following actions:
- Prevent the Device from working;
- Elect not to process your warranty claim;
- Charge you the full retail value of the Device (which may exceed the price originally paid);
- Charge you any applicable shipping, handling, or restocking fees;
- Charge you the cost to repair a damaged or altered Device.
A Device is considered “non-returned” if (a) it is not received by Gabb within the required return window; (b) it is missing any parts, components, or accessories; or (c) it is returned in a condition inconsistent with the requirements of the applicable warranty.
This Non-Returned Product Policy applies to New Devices, Certified Refurbished Devices, and all Replacement Devices provided under any Gabb warranty or service contract.
Customer Responsibilities
You must:
- Use the Device according to manufacturer specifications
- Maintain and protect the Device from further damage
- Provide accurate incident details when making a claim
Eligibility
- Extended warranties may only be purchased for eligible Devices
- Coverage may not be transferred to another individual
Geographic Availability
Service availability, shipping options, and replacement methods may vary by region.
Ownership Transfer
Replaced Devices become Gabb property; replacement units become the customer’s property once provided.
Service Method Changes
Gabb reserves the right to modify repair or replacement methods as needed.
8. ADDITIONAL EXCLUSIONS
Warranty Exclusions (Apply to All Warranty Plans)
The warranties and service contracts described in this Policy do not apply to damage or defects arising from any of the following:
- Abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper handling of the Device;
- Acts of God, including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, lightning, or other natural events;
- Environmental exposure, including extreme temperatures, moisture, or corrosive environments;
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly, including service by any party other than Gabb or a Gabb-authorized provider;
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, scuffs, discoloration, or housing wear) that does not impact Device function;
- Normal wear and tear or normal battery degradation;
- Loss or theft of the Device;
- Intentional or reckless damage, including deliberate destruction or behavior inconsistent with Normal Use;
- Use of the Device outside manufacturer operating instructions or user guides.
No warranty covers damage resulting from failure to follow setup instructions, installation guidelines, or maintenance requirements.
These exclusions apply to the Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty, Gabb Refurbished Limited Warranty, Gabb Extended Limited Warranty, and Refurbished Extended Limited Warranty.
9. STATE DISCLOSURES & REGULATORY NOTICES
Utah Disclosure
Coverage offered under this Warranty is not guaranteed by the Utah Property and Casualty Guaranty Association.
This Warranty is subject to limited regulation by the Utah Insurance Department.
