How to Set Up Your New Gabb Device

You can set up your new Gabb Watch or Gabb Phone in a few easy steps. The device must be activated, then paired with your MyGabb app.

New Watch setup

1. Go to gabb.com/activate, and follow the prompts to finish purchasing your plan.
2. Turn on your Gabb Watch 3/3e by pressing & holding the power button (bottom button) for four seconds.
3. Download the MyGabb app on your smartphone from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
4. Open the MyGabb app & log in with your Gabb account credentials (not your child’s).
5. Select the hamburger icon in the upper-right corner, then select Add Device. 
6. Select Gabb Watch 3, then follow the prompts to finish setting up your Watch.

You’re now ready to start using your Gabb Watch! Use the MyGabb app to set up location monitoring & parental controls on your Gabb Watch 3.

New Phone setup

1. Go to gabb.com/activate, pick your service plan & contract length, then follow the prompts to finish setting up your Phone.
2. Turn on your Gabb Phone by pressing & holding the power button until the screen turns on.
3. Select For My Child.
4. Connect the Gabb Phone to WiFi. 
5. Set up your child’s Gabb ID on the Gabb Phone. 
6. Download the MyGabb app on your smartphone.

7. Set up your Gabb Phone in the MyGabb app on your smartphone. 
8. Open the MyGabb app on your Gabb Phone, then use the app to scan the QR code shown on the Gabb Phone’s screen. 
9. Follow the prompts to finish setting up your Gabb Phone in the MyGabb app.
