Plan Terms

Gabb plans include coverage on a nationwide 4G LTE network. Under the Gabb Plan, users receive unlimited talk and text service on a great flexible monthly plan to fit their child's needs. Plan Disclosures:

You have selected no contract
You've selected a two-year monthly service contract on our Gabb plan. If your line of service has a contract term and you terminate this Agreement without legal excuse (e.g. Gabb is in default or breach of the Agreement, or Gabb failed to provide service), you agree to pay us an early termination fee. The early termination fee for the Gabb Phone Plus, Gabb Phone, and Gabb Watch shall be as follows: If you are on a two-year contract term, then your early termination fee will be $150 plus taxes, which will decline by $6.25 per month upon completion of months 7-15, $10 per month upon completion of months 16-24, and will be $0 upon completion of the contract term. Your full payment of the termination fee shall be our sole and exclusive remedy for the early termination of this Agreement.
You've selected a one-year monthly service contract on our Gabb plan. If your line of service has a contract term and you terminate this Agreement without legal excuse (e.g. Gabb is in default or breach of the Agreement, or Gabb failed to provide service), you agree to pay us an early termination fee. The early termination fee is not a penalty, but rather a reasonable charge to compensate us for your failure to fulfill the terms of the Agreement. Your full payment of the termination fee shall be our sole and exclusive remedy for the early termination of this Agreement.

Your plan's billing cycle begins on the day your bill is generated and your card will be charged 3 days later. In agreement with the terms and conditions, no outside devices are permitted use of the Gabb Wireless plan.

Any violation of this stipulation will result in the cancelation of the plan. All Gabb phones are exclusively sold on the Gabb Wireless network.

They're fine if all you need to do is occasionally talk to your kid. Hardware has been terrible...we've had one watch replaced once and the other replaced twice because of malfunction, not our fault. For months my husband was unable to reach one of my children. It's terrible that they only allow one adult to be the primary person for chores etc. When I'm out of town what my husband is able to do is limited. Their website says they're adding features and international coverage, but it's been a year and nothing has been added. My kids were really upset when their watches had to be reset because of technical issues and they lost all their progress with pets and stars. I will definitely not be progressing to a Gabb Phone when my kids get older. Battery life is poor.

I feel good about sending my 7 year old out to play in the neighborhood. I can call him when it’s dinner time. It also has safe zones so I’m notified if he leaves the area marked “safe”. I’ve used the watch to keep tabs and he still feels independent!! It gives kids freedom and parents peace of mind!
