Text & call history
You can monitor your child’s text and call history from your Gabb account. Here’s how to find your child’s text & call history:
- Log in to your Gabb account.
- Select View Details next to the line you want to view the history for.
- Scroll down to the appropriate section:
- Call Logs section: Call history
- Text Logs section: Text history
You can filter or download the text & call history as needed.

Text & call history do not show the actual contents of the phone call or text message. They show details including the time stamp and the other phone number.
Parental control options
Gabb offers families different levels of features to best fit their situation. Here are some options available to parents:
Gabb Messenger for parents offers the following:
- Get notified on your smartphone about messages that are flagged as harmful via Gabb Messenger.
- Choose message deletion settings for your child’s device (never, after 30 days, immediately).
Pro model Gabb devices on our Advanced plan can have third-party apps approved and enabled by their parent. Follow these steps from a computer to upgrade your plan:
- Log in to your Gabb account.
- Select Manage next to plan details.
- Upgrade your plan to Advanced.
To upgrade an existing Gabb device to a Gabb Phone 4 Pro, log in to your Gabb account and select Upgrade Device.
