Gabb Warranty Overview

There are two warranty options available when you purchase your device: a manufacturer’s warranty and a Gabb Warranty. All Gabb devices come with the one-year manufacturer’s warranty, but you must add the Gabb Warranty to each device if you want additional protection.

Manufacturer Warranty
  • No additional cost
  • Covered for one year
  • Comes with all Gabb devices
  • Covers defective devices during normal use
  • Does not cover:
    • Damage from drops & spills
    • Lost or stolen devices
    • Damage caused by misuse
Gabb Warranty (Device Protection)
  • Added to individual devices
  • $4.99/month per device
  • Covered every month you pay the $4.99
  • Covers damage from drops & spills
  • Does not cover: Lost or stolen devices

Process a Warranty Claim

  1. Manufacturer Warranty claim: Contact Gabb Support by chatting in live at gabb.com/support Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m. MT, Saturday from 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. MT.
  2. Gabb Warranty (Device Protection): Log into your Gabb account and select Replace Device, then select Device is Broken.
