Gabb Warranty Overview
There are two warranty options available when you purchase your device: a manufacturer’s warranty and a Gabb Warranty. All Gabb devices come with the one-year manufacturer’s warranty, but you must add the Gabb Warranty to each device if you want additional protection.

- Covers defective devices during normal use
- Does not cover:
- Damage from drops & spills
- Lost or stolen devices
- Damage caused by misuse
- Added to individual devices
- $4.99/month per device
- Covered every month you pay the $4.99
- Covers damage from drops & spills
- Does not cover: Lost or stolen devices
Process a Warranty Claim
- Manufacturer Warranty claim: Contact Gabb Support by chatting in live at gabb.com/support Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m. MT, Saturday from 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. MT.
- Gabb Warranty (Device Protection): Log into your Gabb account and select Replace Device, then select Device is Broken.
