Cancel a line on your Gabb account
There are two options for canceling a Gabb line:
Chat with us on our website during live support hours Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m. MT, Saturday from 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. MT to have an agent assist you with canceling your line.
Fill out the following form and we will follow up with you to confirm your cancelation request.
Canceling your line may result in prorated charges on your next bill. For more information about prorates and what to expect after canceling your service, see this article.
Temporarily suspend a line
Suspending the line suspends cellular services like calling and texting. Suspending a line will not stop you from being billed for that line. To stop receiving a monthly bill you must cancel the line.
Suspend a line:
- Log in to your Gabb account.
- Select View Details next to the line you want to suspend.
- Select Suspend Line in the Device Information section.
- Select Suspend.
Unsuspend a line:
- Log in to your Gabb account.
- Select End Suspension next to the line that is suspended.
Returning your Gabb device
Option 1: Request a return from a live Gabb Support agent

Gabb devices purchased on Amazon, Buy With Prime, Walmart, or other marketplace sites must have the device return initiated through the marketplace site. Log in to your account with Amazon/Walmart etc. to return the device.
If you’d like to cancel your cellular service plan with Gabb you must cancel your plan directly with Gabb, as well as return your device to the company you got it from. Returning an active device to Amazon (or another marketplace) will not automatically cancel your cellular plan with Gabb.
