Gabb Return Policy
Return to Place of Purchase
Devices and accessories must be returned to the place of purchase.
- Products purchased on gabb.com must be returned to Gabb directly.
- Products purchased through third-party retailers (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Target) must be returned according to that retailer’s policies.
- Gabb cannot accept returns for products purchased elsewhere.
Certified Refurbished Devices
Certified Refurbished devices are final sale.
- No buyer’s remorse returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted.
- This includes no refunds on activation fees, device price, or accidental activation errors.
- If a customer cancels wireless service, they will receive only a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of their current month of service.
- Non-Returned Product Policy: If a Certified Refurbished device is issued an RMA under its included 3-month Refurbished Warranty and is not returned, Gabb may charge the applicable non-returned product fee as outlined below.
New Devices & Accessories
Return eligibility depends on date of purchase:
- January 1 – October 31: Devices may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- November 1 – December 31: Devices may be returned through January 31.
Conditions
- If the retail box is opened or unsealed, a $50 restocking fee applies.
- Opened accessories are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued in the next billing cycle after Gabb receives the returned device.
How to Return Products Purchased on Gabb.com
If you are within the applicable return window, you may start a return, exchange, or cancellation by submitting a request here.
Returned devices must:
- Be in original packaging
- Include all original contents
- Be undamaged, fully functional, and unaltered (hardware & software).
Free Product Policy
For “Free” promotional devices if service is canceled within 6 months customers must either:
- Return the device in new condition (evaluated by Gabb’s returns team)
- Pay the full retail price of the free device.
Activation fees are non-refundable.
Refund and exchanges will be reduced by any rebates, applicable restocking fees, and shipping costs.
Non-Returned Product Policy
If a device is not returned after an approved RMA is issued, Gabb may:
- Prevent the replacement device from working.
- Decline cancellation of service.
- Charge repair costs for damaged devices.
- Charge up to the full retail value of the device (which may exceed the price originally paid), plus shipping/handling.
Additional Notes
You are responsible for all charges incurred prior to cancellation, including taxes, long-distance, roaming, regulatory fees, and other service fees.
Products are not eligible for refunds if they:
- Are returned outside the allowed return period
- Are damaged, liquid-damaged, modified, or otherwise outside warranty coverage
- Are missing any required components
