This is an update to an earlier review where I had issues with the gps tracking not functioning. The Gabb team reached out to me, worked diligently with me to try to resolve the issue and ended up sending a replacement phone. They offered support and guidance through every aspect of the process and I can happily say that the gps is tracking appropriately now. The Gabb team is truly the best customer support I have ever received. They didn’t let the issue fall off their radar, even when my life got busy. They made sure to help me find a resolution and made sure we got what we needed before signing off. I definitely appreciate Gabb support and both the phone and the watch are working great for my 9 year old and 5 year old, respectively.
