Buy with Prime allows you to use the Buy with Prime button on Gabb’s website to order your Gabb device through your personal Amazon account and receive Amazon shipping guarantees. Gabb plans and warranties are selected at the time of purchase. The device will then be shipped by Amazon and once received, can be activated with Gabb directly at gabb.com/activate.
Buy with Prime allows US-based Amazon Prime members to shop directly from participating online stores with the trusted experience that you expect from Amazon: fast, free delivery, a seamless checkout, and easy returns.
When you shop on gabb.com, using Buy with Prime allows you to have your device shipped through Amazon Prime and to take advantage of Prime benefits like free shipping and easy returns.
By signing in to Amazon Prime at checkout, you can pre-populate details on the checkout page. You receive an order confirmation email after placing your order, and then a shipping confirmation email with a link for tracking when the order is shipped. You can find the status of your Amazon order in one of two places:
Your Amazon Account: The easiest way is to check your Amazon account. There’s a “Buy with Prime Orders” tab right next to your regular “Your Orders” tab. You can track, cancel orders, start returns, and even contact customer support all from there. Orders are visible here within 10-15 minutes after an order is placed.
Your Email: You should also have received an order confirmation email when you placed your order. That email has a link that takes you directly to the order details page where you can see the status.
Buy with Prime orders will all ship separately in different boxes from Amazon. They also may deliver at different times, and only the latest shipping time will be shown in your confirmation email. Please note that individual tracking can be found for each item in the “Buy with Prime Orders” tab right next to your regular “Your Orders” tab.
