Frequently Asked Questions
-
What is Gabb’s return policy?
Gabb devices can be returned within 15 calendar days of the date you received the device. Conditions apply. See the full return policy: Gabb Return Policy
-
Does Gabb have parental controls?
Yes. Gabb’s parental controls are managed through the MyGabb app, giving parents visibility into their child’s location, messaging, and device settings — all from their own phone. And because Gabb devices are built without a web browser, social media, or open app stores, there’s far less to monitor in the first place. Unlike app-based solutions that kids can simply delete, Gabb’s controls are built into the device itself and can’t be removed or bypassed by the child.
-
How does the Gabb referral code work?
Gabb’s referral program, also known as “Refer a Friend,” allows existing Gabb customers and new customers an opportunity to get a discount. A new customer uses the existing customer’s phone number at checkout. This will give the existing customer a month of free service and the new customer a free accessory for their device.

Is Gabb unlimited talk and text?
All Gabb phones and Gabb watches have unlimited talk and text!
-
What network does Gabb use?
