Terms and Conditions for discussions.gabb.com or “Gabb Discussions”

1. Gabb may remove, edit, adapt, re-purpose all User Content.
2. Gabb may use any User Content as Gabb sees fit. No permission or royalties/compensation to the User are required or warranted.
3. To participate in the Discussions Forum site, all participant users must be legitimate Gabb customers with an active Gabb Account.

1. No trolling, advertising, links or references to personal or competitor sites is allowed. 
2. Potential or perceived Gabb product vulnerabilities or weaknesses may not be discussed on this site. Instead, all such discussion should be directed to security@gabb.com.
3. All User Content should adhere to applicable laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, refraining from posting Content that may violate copyright and trademark laws, Content that promotes illegal activities, and other unlawful behaviors.
4. All comments and interactions are to be polite, constructive, free from vulgarity/defamation/political divisiveness or other negative sentiments. Gabb may determine what falls into these categories.
5. All User Content should surround Gabb’s products, offerings, features and functionality
6. Any programs for User participation are not to be ‘cheated’ or ‘gamed’. This could include, but is not limited to, creating fake Gabb Accounts, using bots or algorithms for likes, interactions or other Content.

1. Although Gabb moderates the Site, much of the user content is created by non Gabb representatives and is not considered official support or material from Gabb and is not endorsed by The Company.
2. Any programs for User participation on The Site do not automatically create a formal relationship, contract, or other form of employment of official affiliation with The Company.
3. Gabb may remove, ban, suspend, or otherwise handle any User/account as they see fit in accordance with these Terms.
4. Because of the shared nature of these discussions, Gabb strongly advises all users to refrain from posting any private, personal, or sensitive information. Gabb is not responsible for reviewing or protecting such content.
5. Use of the Site is at your own risk. The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent possible under applicable law, Gabb makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the quality, content and availability or fitness for a specific purpose of the Site. 
6. By using any services provided by the Site, you agree that in no event will the Site, Gabb, its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensees and web hosting services be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages as a result of your accessing the website and using any of the services available.
