Gabb Photo Challenge Giveaway – FAQs

1) Who can enter the Gabb Photo Challenge Giveaway?
Open to legal U.S. residents who are 18+ and the parent or legal guardian of a child participant.

2) Do I need to own a Gabb Phone to participate?
No purchase is necessary. While the challenge is designed for photos taken on a Gabb Phone, you can still participate without one—email contests@gabb.com for alternate entry instructions.

3) How does the giveaway work?
Each week in October, a new photo theme is announced. Your child takes a themed photo (ideally on their Gabb Phone) and sends it to you. You upload it by Sunday at 11:59 PM MT to earn that week’s entry. More weeks = more chances to win.

4) What are the weekly themes and due dates?

• Week 1 (Oct 6–12): Nature Close-Ups — Due Oct 12
• Week 2 (Oct 13–19): Favorite Things — Due Oct 19
• Week 3 (Oct 20–26): Action Shot — Due Oct 26
• Week 4 (Oct 27–Nov 2): Patterns Everywhere — Due Nov 2 Submit by Sunday 11:59 PM MT each week for your entry to count.

5) How many times can I enter?
One photo per week, up to four total entries (one per theme/week). Each valid weekly submission is one entry into the random drawing.

6) How do I submit my child’s photo?
Have your child take the photo and text it to you. Then upload it via the weekly submission form using the “Submit Weekly Photo Here” button on the giveaway page.

7) What will I win?
Four winners will each receive a Fujifilm Instax Mini 12 Instant Camera + Accessory Bundle, which includes: instant print camera (5 color options), film pack, carrying case, photo album, and creative accessories.

8) How are winners selected?
Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries received. The more weeks you enter, the more chances you have. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries.

9) How will I know if we’ve won?
Winners will be contacted via email from giveaways@gabb.com after the giveaway ends on October 31, 2025. You must complete and return an affidavit of eligibility within 10 business days of receiving the email to claim your prize.

10) When will the prizes be shipped?
After your eligibility is verified, your Instax Camera Bundle will be shipped to the address you provide.

11) Do I keep the rights to the photos I submit?
You retain ownership. By submitting, you grant Gabb Wireless a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the photo (in whole or in part) for promotional purposes, including on Gabb Messenger, social media and in marketing.

12) Is Gabb affiliated with Fujifilm or Instax?
No. Gabb Wireless is not affiliated with Fujifilm or the Instax brand, and this giveaway is not sponsored by Fujifilm.

13) Can I win more than once?
No. Limit one prize per household.

Gabb Wireless is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or issues arising from use of the prize. If the Fujifilm INSTAX Bundle becomes unavailable, a prize of equal value will be substituted. Purchase is not a condition for entry. If you do not own a Gabb Phone but wish to enter, please email giveaways@gabb.com for alternate entry instructions. 1. Eligibility

Open to legal U.S. residents 18 years or older who are the parent or legal guardian of a child participant. Void where prohibited.

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins October 6, 2025, and ends October 31, 2025. Weekly photo submissions are due by 11:59 PM MT each Sunday during the giveaway period.

3. How to Enter

Each week, parents or guardians may submit one eligible photo entry on behalf of their child. Each valid weekly submission counts as one entry. No purchase is necessary. If you do not own a Gabb Phone, you may request alternate entry instructions by emailing giveaways@gabb.com.

4. Prizes

Four (4) winners will each receive a Fujifilm Instax Mini 12 Instant Camera + Accessory Pack (includes camera, film, case, album, and creative accessories). Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may be substituted with a prize of equal value at Gabb Wireless’s discretion. Limit one prize per household.

5. Winner Selection & Odds

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries submitted. Winners will be notified by email and must complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where permitted by law) within 10 business days to claim their prize. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

6. Rights in Submissions

By submitting an entry, you grant Gabb Wireless a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute the submitted photo(s), in whole or in part, in promotional materials, including but not limited to Gabb Messenger, social channels, and marketing campaigns, without additional compensation.

Gabb Wireless is not affiliated with Fujifilm or the Instax brand, and Fujifilm does not sponsor this giveaway. Gabb Wireless is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, technical errors, accidents, injuries, or issues arising from participation or use of any prize. Gabb Wireless reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time.
