Gabb Watch 3e

Performing a system update on your Gabb Watch 3 will convert it to a Gabb Watch 3e. You do not need to buy a new Watch to upgrade to Gabb Watch 3e.

Check for update

Most customers will receive the Gabb Watch 3e system update automatically to their Gabb Watch 3, and won’t need to take any action.

Here’s how to check if the system update was already installed on your Watch:

1. Swipe to the Settings screen from the Watch home screen.
2. Select the Wallpaper icon. 
3. Swipe through the wallpapers. If you have these two wallpapers, you already have a Gabb Watch 3e. Learn about the Gabb Watch 3e features here

Update your Gabb Watch 3 to a Gabb Watch 3e

1. Connect your Watch to Wi-Fi.
2. Place your Watch on its charger. Charge your Watch to at least 30% before updating.
3. Open the Gabb ID app on your Watch, then select Update Apps. Your Watch will restart when finished.

1. After your Watch restarts: Open the Check for System Updates app, then tap the Update button. The watch will automatically restart when finished (this will take several minutes to complete).

Features of Gabb Watch 3e System

The Gabb Watch 3e is known for its parent controls including GPS tracking, Safe Zones, parent-managed contacts, and Focus Mode.

📍GPS Tracking:

Keep track of where your child is. GPS location automatically updates every 15 minutes, or you can refresh your child’s location to get a real-time update.

🏡 Safe Zones:

Get notified on your smartphone when your child enters or leaves a preset area. The notification will come from the MyGabb app on your smartphone.

🔒 Parent-managed contacts:

Choose who your child can call or text. Add up to 100 contacts to your child’s contact list. 

🔎 Focus Mode:

Silence notifications and prevent your child from using apps during specified time frames. Great for school or for after-school activities.

🗒️ Texting:

We offer eight different keyboards on the Gabb Watch 3e including preset messages, speech-to-text, emojis, and audio messaging. You can add up to 20 preset messages in the MyGabb app.

🧩 Non-addicting games:

The Gabb Watch 3e comes with two games: Gabb Go and Mimic by Gabb. These games are designed to keep kids off the screen. We set daily limits on Gabb Watch 3e games.

Gabb Go: Gabb Go lets your child care for a virtual pet, including a dog, octopus, axolotl, and unicorn. You can also use Gabb Go to create chores or tasks, and set a daily step goal for your child. This allows your child to earn coins which they use to buy pet actions, or even more pets!

Mimic by Gabb: Mimic by Gabb tests your child’s memory by having them repeat a pattern selected by the game. Mimic by Gabb will select a pattern of on-screen buttons, & your child will try to repeat the pattern by tapping the buttons in the correct order.
