Follow these steps to upgrade a device on an existing line:
Log in to your Gabb account.
Tap View Details next to the device you want to upgrade.
Tap Upgrade Device in the Device Information section.
Tap the new device you want, then follow the prompts to finish your order.

Tap the new device you want, then follow the prompts to finish your order.
Replace a device (lost, stolen, broken, etc.) ↔️

Follow these steps to replace a device:
Log in to your Gabb account.
Tap View Details next to the device you need to replace.
Tap Replace Device in the Device Information section.
Tap the reason why you need to replace your device, then follow the prompts to finish your order.
After you receive your replacement device, go to our activation portal to activate it.
Purchase a device on gabb.com using Buy with Prime
When you place an order on gabb.com, you can use Buy with Prime to get your device delivered by Amazon. This way you can take advantage of benefits like free Prime shipping & easy returns.
You'll log in to your Amazon account during the checkout process on gabb.com. If you order multiple devices, they may ship in separate packages. 🚚
When you choose to Buy with Prime on the Gabb website, we'll handle all of the billing & activation, but Amazon handles shipping & returns.
Follow these steps to place a Buy with Prime order:
Add a Gabb device to your cart on gabb.com.
Tap Checkout.
Tap the Buy with Prime logo.
Choose your payment & shipping methods.
Tap Review Order to review your order details.
Tap Place Order.
Cancel or return a Buy with Prime order
Gabb does not handle cancelations or returns for Buy with Prime orders. If you want to cancel or return your Gabb device that you bought using Buy with Prime, you'll need to log in to Amazon and start the cancelation or return process from your Buy with Prime orders section.

Purchase a new Gabb device from an online marketplace retailer (Amazon, Walmart, etc.)
If you purchased your new Gabb watch or Gabb phone from a retailer like Amazon, Walmart, etc., the process for ordering, canceling an order, and returning a device are different.
If you ordered your new Gabb device from somewhere other than Gabb, follow these guidelines:

If you ordered at gabb.com and selected to have part of your order placed through Amazon/Buy with Prime, the Prime items in your order will ship separately from the items shipped by Gabb. These orders may be delivered at different times.

You can cancel your Gabb order placed on gabb.com within six hours of placing it. Here’s how to cancel your order:
Log in to your Gabb account.
Select Your Orders from the left side menu.
Select View/Manage Order > Cancel Order.
If the Cancel Order button is grayed out, you won't be able to cancel your order. Contact us for assistance with canceling your order.

Need to cancel an order placed with a marketplace or Buy with Prime? If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel your order from your Amazon or other marketplace account (a link to this is included in your order confirmation email from the marketplace you ordered from).
‼️ These orders are not canceled with or returned to Gabb.

If your order is lost or delayed by more than two business days after the expected delivery date, and the tracking number does not state "in transit" or "received", please contact us.

If you didn’t receive your package more than two days after the expected delivery date, but it was marked as delivered by the mail carrier, the process for getting a replacement depends on whether or not you purchased shipping insurance when you placed your order.

You may be eligible for a free or discounted upgrade, depending on the status of your current contract, & what new contract you select.

The delivery time frame depends on the shipping method that you selected. Check your order confirmation email to see your shipping method and expected delivery time frame.

Although you can't add items to an order after you place it, if you placed your order less than six hours ago, you can cancel your order and place a new one; OR place an additional order for the additional items.
If it’s been more than six hours since you placed your order, you’ll have to place a second order for the additional items.

After you cancel your order, we’ll process a refund back to your payment method. You’ll receive your refund within 15 business days.

Activating a phone after you purchase it depends on where you ordered your device from.
Gabb.com: For new line orders, the device activates when it ships.
Online marketplace (Amazon, Walmart, etc.): Can be activated at any time by visiting our activation portal.

There are a few reasons why your promo code may not be working:
You’re trying to enter more than one promo code. You can only use one promo code on your order.
Your promo code may not apply to your order. For example:
Your promo code is for a new line and you’re trying to order an upgrade for an existing line.
Your promo code is for a specific device that is not included in your order.
The promo code has expired.
If you are only using one promo code, it is for the applicable device & order type, the code has an expiration date that has not yet passed, and your code is still not working, contact us.

If your order won't process, it may be due to increased traffic on our website. Try the following steps:
Let the cart load for five minutes without touching it. If it doesn’t load, refresh the page. Don’t worry, your order won’t be processed twice. Look for an order confirmation email from us.
If you don’t receive a confirmation email after 15 minutes this means the order did not go through. Try placing your order again.

Yes, Gabb offers a warranty for additional device protection. You can also purchase shipping insurance when you place your order.
