Kids need the right tech at the right time. Gabb makes it easy for you to introduce your child to Tech in Steps™ with our upgrade program.


You can upgrade your device at any time, and you may qualify for a free upgrade, depending on the current status of your contract, and what contract you sign up for on your new device. If you don’t qualify for a free device upgrade, you may still be eligible for a discount on a new device.

We currently have one Watch and two Phones available for sale, and three service plans for each device.

How to upgrade your device

  1. Log in to your Gabb account.

  2. Select View Details next to the device you want to upgrade.

  3. Select Upgrade Device in the Device Information section.

  4. Follow the prompts to complete your upgrade.
