Gabb Certified Refurbished Watches are no longer available for purchase. Customers who previously purchased a refurbished Gabb Watch can continue to enjoy their device with a 12-month limited warranty and ongoing customer support.

Can I buy a Certified Refurbished Gabb device? 📝

Gabb no longer sells Certified Refurbished Gabb Watches through gabb.com or its official Amazon store, effective October 28, 2026. Customers who previously purchased a refurbished watch can continue receiving support and applicable warranty coverage, including the 12-month limited warranty. Eligible warranty and Device Protection replacements may still be fulfilled with certified refurbished devices.

⭐ Each refurbished watch goes through a strict grading process before it’s made available for sale, but it may have some cosmetic imperfections. Each refurbished Gabb Watch comes with a 12-month warranty, with the option to purchase additional device protection.

Gabb Phones are not available as refurbished.

Does Gabb offer refurbished devices for sale?

No. Gabb no longer offers Certified Refurbished Gabb Watches for retail purchase through gabb.com or its official Amazon store. Certified refurbished devices may still be provided as replacements for eligible warranty or Device Protection claims.

Can I still purchase a Certified Refurbished Gabb Watch?

No. Certified Refurbished Gabb Watches are no longer available for retail purchase through gabb.com or Gabb’s official Amazon store. If you need a replacement device, contact Gabb Support to review available purchase options or eligibility for a covered replacement claim.

You can’t order a refurbished watch as an upgrade or replacement for a current Gabb line, through Buy with Prime, or from another retailer like Amazon or Walmart.

How do I know that my refurbished watch will work?

Each Certified Refurbished Gabb watch goes through a strict inspection process. Here’s how this process works:

  1. Initial inspection: We ensure that the watch doesn’t have a broken screen, cracked casing, or stuck buttons. These watches are not eligible to be refurbished.

  2. Software check: Eligible watches are factory reset, and the software is updated to the most current version.

  3. Grading: Returned watches are graded as either A, B, or C. Devices graded A and B are eligible to be refurbished and resold.

  4. Packaging: Each refurbished Gabb Watch gets brand-new packaging, a new charger, and a new watch band.

Certified Refurbished watches may have some cosmetic damage. We do not allow returns of refurbished watches for cosmetic damage or buyer’s remorse.

Does discontinuing refurbished-watch sales change my current plan?

No. This sales change does not itself change the service plan or contract on your existing refurbished-watch line. Your applicable rates and future renewal terms depend on your agreement. View your plan in your Gabb account or contact Customer Support for assistance.

Can I return a refurbished watch?

Returns for previously purchased Certified Refurbished Gabb Watches are subject to the terms and return policy applicable to the original purchase. Contact Gabb Support for assistance with your order.

Can I add a warranty to my refurbished watch?

Previously sold Certified Refurbished Gabb Watches are covered by the applicable 12-month Gabb warranty.

You can add the Gabb Extended Warranty for $4.99 per month to continue device protection after the 12 months are up. The extended warranty on a refurbished watch does not charge a deductible. The only additional cost is the $7.99 shipping fee.

If you received a three-month warranty when you purchased your refurbished watch, the warranty will be automatically extended to 12 months.
