We’re happy to announce that we now offer Certified Refurbished Gabb Watches for sale on gabb.com. 🎉These refurbished watches are only available from new lines ordered on gabb.com.

⭐ Each refurbished watch goes through a strict grading process before it’s made available for sale, but may have some cosmetic imperfections. Each refurbished Gabb Watch comes with a three-month warranty, with the option to purchase additional device protection.

Gabb Phones are not currently available as refurbished.

How do I order a refurbished watch?

You can order a Certified Refurbished watch on gabb.com as a new line.

You can’t order a refurbished watch as an upgrade or replacement for a current Gabb line, through Buy with Prime, or from another retailer like Amazon or Walmart.

How much does a refurbished watch cost?

All Certified Refurbished Watches have a $30 activation fee.

Do I have to pay an activation fee for the refurbished watch?

Yes, you’ll have to pay a $30 activation fee to activate a Certified Refurbished watch.

How do I know that my refurbished watch will work?

Each Certified Refurbished Gabb watch goes through a strict inspection process. Here’s how this process works:

  1. Initial inspection: We ensure that the watch doesn’t have a broken screen, cracked casing, or stuck buttons. These watches are not eligible to be refurbished.

  2. Software check: Eligible watches are factory reset and the software is updated to the most current version.

  3. Grading: Returned watches are graded as either A, B, or C. Devices graded A and B are eligible to be refurbished and resold.

  4. Packaging: Each refurbished Gabb Watch gets brand new packaging, a new charger, and a new watch band.

Certified Refurbished watches may have some cosmetic damage. We do not allow returns of refurbished watches for cosmetic damage or buyer’s remorse.

What is the monthly cost for a refurbished watch?

The monthly plan for a refurbished watch costs $12.99 a month and does not have a contract.

Can I return a refurbished watch?

No, you generally can’t return a Certified Refurbished watch. Refurbished devices are not eligible to be returned for any reason, including cosmetic damage or buyer’s remorse.

Certified Refurbished Gabb Watches come with a three-month extended warranty. If your watch is defective while under the extended warranty, you may be eligible for a return.

Can I add a warranty to my refurbished watch?

Each refurbished Gabb watch comes with a three-month Gabb warranty. You can add the Gabb warranty for $4.99 a month to continue device protection after the three months are up.
