Gabb Service Plans and Family Rates
Gabb cellular plan pricing options allow parents to customize their child’s experience with Tech in Steps.
When you purchase a new Gabb phone at gabb.com, you will choose a service plan at checkout. When you order from a marketplace like Amazon, you’ll pick a service plan at gabb.com/activate.
Gabb’s cellular service runs on America’s fastest network, and has nationwide coverage. Gabb devices cannot make calls when traveling internationally, but certain features maintain functionality when connected to WiFi.
Gabb Phone Service Plans & Pricing
We currently have three phone plan options: Starter, Standard, and Advanced. Pick your monthly plan based on the features below. You can adjust your plan at any time. These plans are available for both the Gabb Phone 4 & Gabb Phone 4 Pro.
Please note that changing your plan may create a prorated charge or credit on your bill.

Gabb Watch Service Plans & Pricing
Service plans for Gabb watches offer flexibility on pricing with three different contracts. All Gabb watch contracts provide the same service and features to your watch.

Changing your Service Plan
- Log in to your Gabb account.
- Find the device you want to upgrade the plan for, then select Manage in the Plan Details section.
- Select the plan you want.
Gabb Family Rates
Gabb Families always get the lowest rates. To get the Gabb Family Rate, you must maintain between 2-5 active lines.
For a line to be eligible for the Gabb Family Rate, your line must be for a Gabb Watch 3, or any Gabb Phone on a Starter, Standard, or Advanced service plan. The lines must remain active to get the Gabb Family Rate.
The oldest line on the account (Line 1) pays the full price of the designated service plan. The remaining lines (Lines 2-5) will pay the lowest available monthly rate for the selected service plan.
If you cancel Line 1, the next oldest line on your account will become Line 1, and your rate will be adjusted accordingly.
Lines eligible for the Gabb Family Rates are automatically enrolled.
Line 1: The oldest line on the account pays the full service plan price selected at checkout.
Lines 2-5: Pay the lowest monthly rate for the service plan, regardless of the contract selected at checkout.
Gabb Family Rate Example
Your family has three active lines.
- Line 1: Gabb Phone 4, activated January 3. Starter plan, two-year contract
- Pays the full monthly price for a two-year contract on the Standard plan: $24.99/month.
- Line 2: Gabb Phone 4 Pro, activated April 2, Standard plan, no contract
- Gets the lowest available monthly rate: $24.99/month, instead of $29.99/month ($5 savings).
- Line 3: Gabb Watch 3e, activated August 10, one-year contract
- Gets the lowest monthly available rate: $12.99/month, instead of $14.99/month ($2 savings).
Total savings: $7/month, or $84 a year
Note: This is an example scenario. The Gabb Family Rate is not a flat dollar amount reduction, but a reduction to the lowest available monthly price for each line.
If you have between 3-5 active lines that were all activated before October 2023, you’ll receive our Legacy Family Rate. Instead of getting the lowest monthly price for the service plan, you’ll receive a discount of a flat dollar amount per line.
Gabb Watches: $0.75/month
Gabb Phones: $1.75/month
Legacy Family Rate Example
Your family has three active lines. Each will receive the following discount:
- Gabb Phone: $1.75/month
- Gabb Phone Plus: $1.75/month
- Gabb Watch 2: $0.75/month
Total savings: $4.25/month, or $51 a year
Managing your Gabb Music Subscription
Follow these steps to manage your Gabb Music subscription:
- Log in to your Gabb account:
- Tap Subscriptions in the left side menu.
- Tap Manage Plan under the plan you want to edit.
- Choose your plan:
- Gabb Music (included in the Standard service plan or $4.99/month)
- Gabb Music+ (included in the Advanced service plan or $10.99/month).
- Confirm changes & apply the changes to your Gabb Music subscription.
