Gabb Service Plans and Family Rates
Gabb’s cellular service runs on America’s fastest network, and has nationwide coverage. Gabb devices can’t be used internationally, but can still connect to WiFi.
Service Plans for Gabb Phones
When you purchase a new Gabb phone at gabb.com or activate a device at gabb.com/activate ordered from a marketplace like Walmart or Amazon, you’ll pick a service plan. We currently have three phone plan options: Starter, Standard, and Advanced. Pick your monthly plan based on the features below. You can adjust your plan at any time.
Please note that changing your plan may create a prorated charge or credit on your bill.

Service Plans for Gabb Watches
We offer three service plans for Watches:
Two-year contract: $12.99/month
One-year contract: $14.99/month
No contract: $17.99/month

- Find the device you want to upgrade the plan for, the select Manage in the Plan Details section.
- Select the plan you want.
Gabb Family Rates (Family Plan)
Gabb families always get the lowest monthly price.
- Maintain between 2-5 active lines.
- At least one line on the account is a Gabb Watch 3, or a phone on a Starter, Standard, or Advanced plan.
- Line 1: Oldest line on the account always pays full price for the contract selected at checkout.
- Lines 2-5: Pay the lowest available monthly rate regardless of contract selected at checkout if they are a phone on a Starter, Standard, or Advanced plan, or a Gabb Watch 3.
*Note, this is not a $5/month price deduction, but an eligibility for lowest monthly rate.
A family has three lines. This is how Gabb Family Rates would apply:
- Line 1: Gabb Phone 4. Starter Plan, 2-Year Contract
- Oldest line on the account always pays full standard price. In this case $24.99/mo
- Line 2: Gabb Phone 4 Pro. Starter Plan, No Contract
- Lowest available monthly rate because it’s a phone on a Starter, Standard or Advanced plan: $29.99/mo normally, pay $24.99/mo. ($5/month savings)
- Line 3: Gabb Watch 3. No Contract
- Lowest available monthly rate because it’s a Gabb Watch 3: $17.99/mo normally, pay $12.99/mo ($5/mo. savings)
💸 Total monthly savings: $10 dollars
**Note: this is an example scenario. Any Gabb Family Rate eligible lines on your account are automatically enrolled into our lowest monthly rates. No action is required on your end. The primary line must pay full price, according to the contract selected at checkout. We determine Line 1 (full price line) based on the oldest line on the account. Additionally, if you cancel the primary line, another line must take its place as the primary line and must pay full price. Lines 2-5 must be on a Starter, Standard or Advanced plan to qualify for the lowest monthly price.
For customers with multiple lines receiving a discount via our legacy multi-line discount program, you will continue to receive that discount until you add a qualifying Gabb Family Rate device/plan to your account. At that point, Gabb will auto-enroll you to our Gabb Family Rates which offer a deeper discount than the mullti-line discount program.
Upon adding a third line:
- Gabb Watch: $0.75 off per line per month.
- Gabb Phone: $1.75 off per line per month.
- Gabb Phone Plus: $1.75 off per line per month.
Example:
A customer with two Gabb Watches, one Gabb Phone, and two Gabb Phone Pluses would receive a monthly discount of $0.75 per watch ($1.50), $1.75 per Gabb Phone ($1.75), and $1.75 per Gabb Phone Plus ($3.50) for a monthly discount of $6.75, or $81 per year.
Note that for this example, this multi-line discount is capped at 5 lines.
