Gabb Music & Gabb Music+ User Guide
Music Overview 🎶
Gabb Music and Gabb Music+ provide kids with a safe music experience across all genres. Gabb uses smart technology to filter song lyrics, song titles, artist name, and album artwork to ensure there’s no profanity or other inappropriate content. If content is flagged as inappropriate, it doesn’t make it onto our platform.
🎤 Gabb Music is included in our Standard service plan, or $4.99/month.
🎤🎤 Gabb Music+ is included in our Advanced service plan, or $10.99/month.
The Starter service plan does not include either music plan, but you can add an à la carte subscription.
To upgrade your phone plan to Standard or Advanced:
- From a computer, log in to your Gabb account at gabb.com/account →
- Click Manage next to the desired phone.
- Update your plan to Standard or Advanced.

To upgrade your plan:
- Log in to your Gabb account at gabb.com/account →
- Select Manage next to the phone you want to upgrade the plan for.
- Update your plan to Standard or Advanced
To add Gabb Music as a subscription to your plan:
- Log in to your Gabb account at gabb.com/account →
- Select Subscriptions.
- Select Subscribe next to the Gabb Music subscription you want to add.
All Gabb phones support Gabb Music, but is not available on Gabb Watches.
All Gabb Phones come with Gabb Music pre-installed.
Both music plans use the same app.
Troubleshooting

- Select Report inappropriate content from the drop-down menu, then select Next.
- Provide us with the requested information, then select Submit.
- Log in to your Gabb account here →
- Make sure you have an active subscription to Gabb Music or Gabb Music+ for the correct line.
- Log in to the Gabb ID app on your child’s Gabb phone, then try using Gabb Music again.
Gabb Music & Gabb Music+ are only available on Gabb phones. Gabb Music will not work on Gabb Watches, or on non-Gabb phones.

- Make sure you have an active subscription to Gabb Music+; or that your plan is an Advanced plan. Only Gabb Music+ works when not on WiFi. You must be connected to WiFi to use Gabb Music.
If you have an active Gabb Music+ subscription and still can’t listen when not connected to WiFi, it’s possible that your data may be throttled, which could affect your ability to stream music. Upgrade your Gabb plan to Advanced 5G or 10G to increase your data allotment.
