What is Gabb ID?
A Gabb ID is a user-specific, secure account login created for your child when you set up your device with the parent’s MyGabb App. This unique username and password are used to provide additional services for your child, such as data backup & speech-to-text.
Setting up Gabb ID
Follow these steps to set up your child’s Gabb ID on your Gabb phone:
- Connect your Gabb phone to WiFi.
- Open the Gabb ID app on the Gabb phone.
- Select I’m a Kid.
- Select Create a Gabb ID.
- Follow the prompts to create your Gabb ID. You’ll receive an email verification with instructions to complete setting up the Gabb ID. You must verify the Gabb ID account before it is active.
- Sign in to the Gabb ID app on the Gabb device.

How much does Gabb ID cost?
Gabb ID is included in all Gabb service plans and does not have an additional cost.
Parent not getting email verification when a Gabb ID is created
Check the email address associated with your Gabb account. If you don’t see the email after 15 minutes, check additional folders such as Spam or Promotions.
Forgot username or password for Gabb ID
Username:
Log in to the parent’s Gabb account to view the username →
Password:
- Log in to the parent’s Gabb account →
- Select View Details next to the child you need to reset the password for.
- Select Change Password under your child’s name.
- Enter the new password, then select Save.
- Log in to the Gabb ID app on the Gabb Phone using the new password.
