Before you begin, make sure you've done all of the following:

  1. Connect your Gabb Watch to WiFi. 🛜

  2. Charge the watch to at least 30%. 🔋

  3. Keep the watch on the charger during the update process. ⚡

Automatic updates: Connect Watch to WiFi and place on a charger

Always keep your Gabb Watch 3e connected to your home network and on its charger overnight.

Keeping your watch up to date is important for a number of reasons:

  • Receive important system and app updates

  • Improve Safe Zone entrance and exit notifications

  • Ensure key performance like battery life, GPS location, and more

Not connecting your watch to your home’s WiFi can result in delays in receiving the latest system, app, and security updates.

Connect to WiFi 🛜

To connect your Gabb Watch 3e to WiFi:

  1. Swipe to the Settings menu.

  2. Tap the WiFi icon.

  3. Toggle WiFi on.

Manually update your watch

To manually update your watch:

  1. Connect to WiFi.

  2. Place the watch on its charger. Your watch must be charged to at least 30%.

  3. Perform a System update.

    • Open the Check for Updates app and tap the Update button. The watch will automatically restart when finished.

  4. Perform an App update.

    • Open the ID app on your watch and tap Update Apps. Your watch will restart when finished.
