Keeping your Gabb Watch updated with the latest software updates ensures optimal performance and can help resolve common issues.

Before you begin, make sure you've done all of the following:
Connect your Gabb Watch to WiFi. 🛜
Charge the watch to at least 30%. 🔋
Keep the watch on the charger during the update process. ⚡
Automatic updates: Connect Watch to WiFi and place on a charger
Always keep your Gabb Watch 3e connected to your home network and on its charger overnight.
Keeping your watch up to date is important for a number of reasons:
Receive important system and app updates
Improve Safe Zone entrance and exit notifications
Ensure key performance like battery life, GPS location, and more
Not connecting your watch to your home’s WiFi can result in delays in receiving the latest system, app, and security updates.
Connect to WiFi 🛜
Here’s how to connect your Gabb Watch 3e to WiFi:
Swipe to the Apps screen, then scroll down and tap Settings.
Tap Wi-Fi. 🛜
Toggle WiFi on.
Tap the network you want to join, enter the password (if applicable), then tap the check mark. ✔️
Manually update your watch
Follow these steps to update the system on your watch:
Connect your Gabb Watch 3e to WiFi. 🛜
Swipe to the Apps screen, then scroll down and tap Settings.
Tap System Updates.
Place your Gabb Watch 3e on the charger and charge to at least 30%.
Tap the arrow button. ⬇️ Your watch will update and restart after the update is complete.
Keep your Gabb Watch 3e on the charger until the watch restarts.
