What is a Gabb security PIN?

When you set up your Gabb account, we'll ask you to set up a four-digit security PIN on your parent Gabb account. This security PIN provides additional security for your account by protecting your information and ensuring that no actions are taken on your account without your permission. 🔒

The security PIN is initially set up when ordering from gabb.com, or when activating your first device on our activation portal. Gabb Customer Support will ask for your PIN when you contact us for help with your account via chat or phone.

‼️ Your security PIN is not the same thing as your Gabb password. The security PIN is a separate four-digit code that you set up when you created your account.

➡️ Your security PIN is also your transfer/port out PIN, should you decide to transfer your service to another carrier.

How do I find my Gabb security PIN?

Follow these steps to find your Gabb security PIN:

  1. Log in to your Gabb account.

  2. Under the Your account section, select ✎Edit your account information.

  3. Scroll down to the bottom and select the box ☑️ I would like to change my security questions.

  4. The security pin can be found and edited in the drop-down, as well as other security questions.

How do I reset my Gabb security PIN?

Follow these steps to reset your Gabb security PIN:

  1. Log in to your Gabb account.

  2. Under the Your account section, select ✎Edit your account information.

  3. Scroll down to the bottom and select the box ☑️ I would like to change my security questions.

  4. In the Security Pin field, enter the desired pin.

  5. Tap Save Changes.

What if I forgot my Gabb security PIN?

If you forgot your Gabb security PIN, don't worry! When you contact Support, we'll ask you to confirm some of your account information.

You can also log in to your Gabb account and view your PIN by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Gabb account.

  2. Under the Your account section, select ✎Edit your account information.

  3. Scroll down to the bottom and select the box ☑️ I would like to change my security questions.

  4. The security pin can be found under the Security Information section.

Can I add an authorized user to my account?

You can add up to two authorized users to your Gabb account by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Gabb account.

  2. Under the Your account section, select ✎Edit your account information.

  3. Scroll down to the bottom and select the box ☑️ I would like to change my security questions.

  4. Enter the desired Authorized User(s) under the Security Information section.

If you're having trouble adding an authorized user online, please contact Gabb Support.

Tips for adding authorized users:

  • Authorized Users must be listed on the account and know the 4-digit security pin to be assisted by customer service.

  • You can have up to two authorized users listed on your Gabb account.

  • Only add trusted people as authorized users on your account.

  • Only add an authorized user if you need one.

  • If you share your security PIN or other authentication details, share them in a secure manner.

  • Regularly review your account settings to remove authorized users or update their information.

What if I forgot my security PIN?

If you forget your security PIN and you need our help, don’t worry! You can log in to your Gabb account and go to the Edit account information section to find it.

Can an Authorized User cancel a line?

No, an authorized user cannot cancel a line. It can only be done by the account holder.
