Kids need the right tech at the right time. Gabb makes it easy for you to introduce your child to Tech in Steps™ with our Upgrade Program.
You can upgrade your device at any time, and you may qualify for a free upgrade, depending on the current status of your contract, and what contract you sign up for on your new device. If you don’t qualify for a free device upgrade, you may still be eligible for a discount on a new device.
We currently have one watch and two phones available for sale, and three service plans.
Select your scenario below to find out what you qualify for:
- Completing a contract
- At least 12 consecutive months of service with no contract
- In the middle of a contract (contract not ending)
- Less than 12 consecutive months of service with no contract
Gabb Upgrade Program Eligibility
All new devices have a $30 activation fee.
Scenario 1: Completing a contract
If you’re completing a contract you’re eligible for:
- Free device: With new two-year contract
- 50% off device: With new one-year contract
- 25% off device: With no new contract
Scenario 2: At least 12 consecutive months of service with no contract
If you’ve had at least 12 consecutive months of service with no contract you’re eligible for:
- Free device: With new two-year contract
- 50% off device: With new one-year contract
- 25% off device: With no new contract
Scenario 3: In the middle of a contract (contract not ending)
If you’re in the middle of a contract and it’s not ending you’re eligible for:
- 25% off device
- No Early Termination Fee when you sign up for a new two-year or one-year contract for the upgraded device
- Regular price: With no new contract
- An Early Termination Fee may apply
Scenario 4: Less than 12 consecutive months of service with no contract
If you’ve had less than 12 consecutive months with no contract you’re eligible for:
- 25% off device
- No Early Termination Fee when you sign up for a new contract on the upgraded device
- Regular price: With no new contract
- An Early Termination Fee may apply
How to Upgrade your Device
- Log in to gabb.com/account →
- Select View Details next to the device you want to upgrade.
- Select Upgrade Device in the Device Information section.
- Select the new device you want.
- Select your plan, contract, Gabb Music subscription, warranty, and data plan, then select Continue.
- Select Add to Cart. Your cart will pop up from the right side of the screen.
- Select Checkout, then select Continue.
- Select your shipping method, promo code, and payment method, then agree to the Terms & Conditions.
- No promo code? Select Skip.
- Select Place Order.
