Kids need the right tech at the right time. Gabb makes it easy for you to introduce your child to Tech in Steps™ with our upgrade program.
You can upgrade your device at any time, and you may qualify for a free upgrade, depending on the current status of your contract, and what contract you sign up for on your new device. If you don’t qualify for a free device upgrade, you may still be eligible for a discount on a new device.
We currently have one watch and two phones available for sale, and three service plans for each device.

Gabb Upgrade Program Eligibility
All new devices have a $30 activation fee.
How to Upgrade your Device
- Log in to your Gabb account.
- Select View Details next to the device you want to upgrade.
- Select Upgrade Device in the Device Information section.
- Select the new device you want.
- Select your plan, contract, Gabb Music subscription, warranty, and data plan, then select Continue.
- Select Add to Cart. Your cart will pop up from the right side of the screen.
- Select Checkout, then select Continue.
- Select your shipping method, promo code, and payment method, then agree to the Terms & Conditions.
- No promo code? Select Skip.
- Select Place Order.
