Gabb Account and Security PIN
Overview
Your parent Gabb account has a four-digit Account Security PIN. The Gabb account and this PIN are initially set up when ordering from gabb.com or when activating your first device through gabb.com/activate. This security PIN provides additional protection for your account.
Gabb Customer Support will ask for your PIN when you’re making changes to your account or service plan.
This security PIN is also your port out PIN should you decide to move your phone number to another carrier.
Reseting your Security PIN
To reset your PIN from a computer:
- Log in to your Gabb account at gabb.com/account →
- Click Account Information.
- Click Edit and update your PIN.
