Phone is stylish but poor quality. It cracked soon after purchase with an everyday sort of drop on the ground that wouldn’t have cracked my iPhone. Very disappointed because my daughter loved the plus phone experience. We sent it back to Gabb after a month of going back and forth with customer service trying unsuccessfully to get the photos off it and back up the data. Very clunky technology. Gabb refunded us $150 because we had the protection plan. They also kindly let us out of our 2-year contract because of all the hassle with the phone. Don’t do the 2-year contract! With the cheap quality of the phone there’s a high likelihood it will only last a few months. Gabb customer service is nice and friendly.

We purchased the wrong case. I thought no big deal… it is a big deal. Gabb will NOT exchange accessories. So frustrating!!! Thank you Amazon! Trusty Amazon - go with them for accessories!! Gabb is worthless for accessories & customer service for them!
